All orders with EXPRESS SHIPPING placed before 12:00pm AEST time are sent same day. However, sometimes due to the high volume of orders we receive, this may not always be possible.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.
Australian orders over $200 receive free express shipping via Australia Post and can take anywhere from 2-4 business days to arrive.
Postage within Australia is a flat 11$ for up to 3kg with express delivery service.
International postage will be calculated depending on the country of destination.
We use Australia Post Pack & Track service, which is fast and fully traceable.
If you want to post your item express internationally it will show as an option at the checkout.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates from our shipping portal regarding the progress of your delivery
Australian orders over $200 receive free standard shipping and for the rest of the world, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
Expect to receive your order internationally can take within 7-21 days.
CAN I RETURN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Orders shipped internationally are subject to the same return criteria as domestic orders, with the following additions:
International orders will not include a return label and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Freight, taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other fees will not be refunded.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to use on the carrier’s website to keep track of your order.
WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND OTHER FEES?
You may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, fees that are not charged or calculated by NIKKO. You are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. NIKKO has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees.
By placing an order on NIKKO you agree to the payment of these fees. Refusing any applicable fees will lead to the order being sent back to NIKKO, where it will be treated as a return with all associated return costs deducted from the refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but you need to contact us as soon as you can on firstname.lastname@example.org or +61 403046564. We can do the change only if your parcel has been not shipped yet.
If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible on +61 403046564 between 8.30 am 6 pm Monday to Sunday (AEST) or, if we’re unavailable, please email email@example.com with the correction.
