DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, an account is not required to make a purchase from NIKKO. However, if you have an account, you will enjoy the option to:

  • Save your addresses and payment information for faster checkout

  • Check your order status and track delivery

  • Track returns

  • Review past purchases

  • Be the first to know about special promotions

Click the box that says, “I forgot my password” on the login page, and you will receive a link by email to reset your password.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

If you would like to do any change on your order please contact us immediately on ni***@ni************.com , if the order has not been shipped yet, we certainly can do the exchange.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

WITHIN AUSTRALIA,
Australian orders over $150 receive FREE Standard shipping via Australia Post and can take anywhere from 4-14 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Postage within Australia is flat $9 Standard Shipping.
If you need your order fast, we can send it with Express post which costs flat $12.

International Orders,
International orders above $300 are FREE SHIPPING.
International orders below $300: postage will be calculated depending on the country of destination.
Items can take to arrive 7-14 days depending of the destination.
We use Australia Post Pack & Track service for our international orders, which is fast and fully traceable.
Should you wish to receive your order faster Express International EMS Courier 3-7 working days, upgrade is available at checkout.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates from our shipping portal regarding the progress of your delivery 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE AU?

NIKKO will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase.

NIKKO does not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX OR HOTEL?

Within Australia, we can ship to a PO Box, but sadly cannot ship to hotels. If you are shipping outside of Australia we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

After pay is an interest free payment plan option that we offer on all of our Australian orders.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?

Please email us to ni***@ni************.com ASAP with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you post the item back and we certainly pay the post fee as well.

HOW CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER/PROMO CODE?

After you have added all the items to your card, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE AND GIFT CARD ON THE SAME ORDER?

Yes! You can use a promo code and also your Gift Card on the same item. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment regardless of using a promo code.

Returns

We hope your order is exactly what you wanted, but if not, a return is quick and easy! 

NIKKO will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. 

NIKKO will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way. 

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. 

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

If your order arrives damaged please let us know right away by emailing us! ni***@ni************.com

We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation that may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back. 

Please note:
We will only accept returns from orders placed directly with NIKKO.

Any product not meeting the eligibility requirements, including marks outside of the return products and signs of being worn will be reshipped and no refund will be given.

Gift Vouchers 
Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.  

Items purchased with a Gift Card online

Can be returned and a full refund will be issued back to your Gift Card so you can use it again whenever you wish. Usually we give 1 year but an extension can be arranged.

Please use a tractable service, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. 

If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded that same gift card and will be able to re-use it.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at ni***@ni************.com    so we can resolve this for you.

EXCHANGES
NIKKO does not offer exchanges for alternate products. 

If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase following the instructions above.

CAN I RETURN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Orders shipped internationally are subject to the same return criteria as domestic orders, with the following additions: International orders will not include a return label and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Freight, taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other fees will not be refunded.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to use on the carrier’s website to keep track of your order.

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND OTHER FEES?
You may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, fees that are not charged or calculated by NIKKO. You are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. NIKKO has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees.

By placing an order on NIKKO you agree to the payment of these fees. Refusing any applicable fees will lead to the order being sent back to NIKKO, where it will be treated as a return with all associated return costs deducted from the refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but you need to contact us as soon as you can on ni***@ni************.com or +61 403046564. We can do the change only if your parcel has not been shipped yet.

If you have made an error in your delivery address :
Please contact us as soon as possible on +61 403046564 between 8.30 am 6 pm Monday to Sunday (AEST) or, if we’re unavailable, please email ni***@ni************.com with the correction.
